I'm Nancy,
The Mama Belly Coach.

I’m a proud mama just like you. I help you love your belly again. I help you heal your postpartum belly, body and life woes so you can look sexy, feel great and BE the best you can be.

After working with hundreds of real mamas over a 12 year career as a pelvic floor physical therapist, yoga teacher, doula and life coach. I'm not here to teach you how to have a better 6-pack or become a fitness model. I am here to show you to love your belly and feel good in your body. I know it's hard.

It All Began When They Said "Deal With It. It's Normal."

By “it”, they were referring to the changes in your body after poppin’ out a baby. “It” could be a belly bulge, a leaky bladder, or back pain. “They” were the people in society who invalidated your feelings by saying that you should stop caring about your body and your self after you had a baby. 

“Your body did its job. Be grateful that you were able to have kids. Stop being selfish and vain,” they said. They also told you “It’s normal to be exhausted, consumed with guilt and overwhelmed all the time. That’s what you get for having a baby. Welcome to the rest of your life.”

And that's when i called bullsh*t

I have witnessed too many moms being fed these kinds of lies for far too long. 
I swore then that I would not be that kind of mom. The kind of mom who lost her way and her confidence because she gave everything up for her kids and everybody else. The mom who was full of resentment, exhaustion, guilt, and regret. The mom who lived a boring life and didn’t do anything fun!
 
So what did I do?
 
I became a physical therapist and I learned everything I could to be healthy and active with my children. It was important to me to live a balanced life, where I had the time to spend with my kids without sacrificing myself, the way my mom did. I did my pelvic floor training, got certified as a yoga teacher, doula and high performance coach. I studied both ancient, spiritual practices as well as modern, evidence-based practices. 
 
All so I could show the world that it isn't 'normal' to martyr your life or your body after you give birth...


My greatest superpower is helping mamas become the best version of themselves, while pursuing the kind of life they actually want.... one with abundance, freedom, joy, and peace, so they could BE the best role model for their kids.

I BELIEVE IN:

Compromising who I am to make others like me or approve of me.
